Reasons to be Cheerful – I’M ENGAGED!!

Evening All,

Just a quick post to make an announcement! If you follow me on Instagram you may well have seen that Dan and I got engaged over the weekend! We are floating on cloud 9 right now, and once I catch my breath I will write up a post all about it, but for now I just wanted to stop by, share the lovely news and say thank you for all the lovely comments and congratulations we’ve had so far.

Isn’t she BEAUTIFUL??

If you’ve been reading for a while you’ll know that Dan and I didn’t have the easiest of starts to our journey, and a little over two years ago I never would have dreamed that this would be the outcome. But here we are – living proof that some things are worth fighting for, that things always get better when they are tough and that good things really do come to those who wait. We’ve had our knocks in the past, but right now we are blissfully happy, excited about the future and very much looking forward to what promises to be our best Christmas yet!

    1. Aw thank you Lou. We’re absolutely over the moon, such a lovely feeling, and just perfect for this time of year. Cannot wait for all the Christmas activities now! x
