Saturday Shopping – Perfect Prints @ Cath Kidston

Prints. We all know I love a good print.

I’ve written god knows how many posts about how much I love stripes and polka dots and pretty floral patterns. I pretty much wet myself every time Oasis does a new collaboration! And yet, strangely, it has taken me quite some time to get on board with Cath Kidston’s clothing range. Undoubtedly the Queen of the ditsy print, Cath Kidston has always been known to bring a bit of bright, floral cheer to people’s homes with her nostalgic patterns, but I guess I’ve just always associated them with aprons and soft furnishings rather than fashion. Recently though, while away, I wandered past a Cath Kidston store and spotted the sweetest little collection of frocks and it suddenly clicked – that the prints I love so much on her crockery and tea towels would translate beautifully onto a cutsey dress, so OF COURSE she has a clothing range! And now, OF COURSE I now can’t stop myself from heading over there for a browse. And can you really blame me when this lovely lot is on offer?

There isn’t really much further for me to say about this beautiful range. Other than this – Guinea pigs. Having a party. On a dress. My life is now complete!
