So, there I was, idly flicking through Pinterest like I do most days on the commute, pinning kitchen inspo and pondering what my new dressing room might look like, when I spotted something that stopped me in my tracks in my feed. It was a rather gorgeous lady with bouncy, shiny hair, twirling about in amongst the blooms in what right then that second was to me, the most beautiful dress I’d ever seen.
My first thought was, ‘Who is this goddess??’
My second thought was, ‘Where is that dress from? Please let it be high street. OMG I MIGHT DIE IF IT ISN’T FROM THE HIGH STREET!!’
Spoiler: It was not from the high street. The goddess in question was Rosie at The Londoner, and the dress was this vision of rose print:
Yes, yet again, it is by Dolce & Gabbana, a label I seem to have become very adept at sniffing out lately despite the fact I could never in a million years afford to start wearing. This is the sixth, yes sixth, time I’ve featured them on Fantasy Friday! I blame bloggers. Damn you, aspirational bloggers and your stunning photography! I don’t think I really have to say much about why I love this dress, do I? It kinda speaks for itself, let’s be honest.
Excuse me while I disappear off to weep into my pillow over the worlds best dress I’ll never own…..
